How to Get Started with Hiring Contractors
1. To get started today, you will first need to reach out to the Contracts Division of Berkley’s Business & Technology team. One of our consultants will conduct a comprehensive Requirement Qualification to better understand your business’s unique needs and challenges.
2. Once a timeline has been agreed upon, our consultants will work to source suitable candidates for the open role(s). This stage can be completed quickly and our team will endeavour to have a shortlist of candidates within 24 hours.
3. Our consultants will work with you throughout the interview and offer stages.
4. Once an offer has been accepted, Berkley’s dedicated Contractor Manager will get the new hire set up as a contractor (if they are not one already). They will also ensure all the necessary arrangements for invoicing have been made.
5. At the end of the contract, we can assist should you wish to extend the candidate’s contract or offer them a permanent position.
